Zibal-T has two types of users (residents and Zabaleen); therefore, the evaluation plan is two-fold. It is important to evaluate the resident’s and the Zabaleen's experience with Zibal‑T in order to ensure that using the app meets their needs.
The evaluation plan for the residents includes the following:
- Tracking the number of residents that join the platform.
- Tracking the number of repeat requests (i.e., continued use of the app).
- Tracking the number of segregation requests (i.e., increased recycling rates).
- Tracking the service ratings entered (i.e., how good/bad is the service).
The evaluation plan for the Zabaleen includes the following:
- Tracking the number Zabaleen that join the platform.
- Tracking the rates of pickup request acceptance/denial (i.e., use of the app to provide service).
- Tracking the number of repeat requests for service (i.e., regular customers).
- Tracking the number of segregation requests (i.e., increased recycling rates).
- Tracking the service ratings entered (i.e., how good/bad is the service).
The success of Zibal-T will be measured by the increase in the number of resident users, as this will attract more Zabaleen to sign up with the platform.
