A multidisciplinary designer/creative problem solver with a passion for design thinking methods, and a background in patient advocacy and healthcare management. Approaching problems through a human-centered design process inspires me, as it ensures that products, services, and systems are crafted with direct attention to user needs. This approach leads to greater satisfaction levels, which in turn fosters happier users and can result in increased business volume.
I was introduced to service design during my time managing patient journeys at the International Office of Brigham & Women's Hospital. In this role, I led my team to deliver exceptional support to patients. My initiatives not only led to award-winning service enhancements but also resulted in significant cost savings and an increase in patient volume.
Currently as a service designer at MITRE, I bring a unique blend of skills and expertise that align perfectly with the needs of federal agencies seeking to enhance their service delivery. With a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, I am equipped to drive meaningful innovation.
